Introduction: There is numerous evidence showing the fundamental behavioral changes in Iranian adolescents. These changes can probably be attributed to their identity issues. The aim of this study was to identify and validate the psychosocial model of Iranian adolescents' identity and determine its probable relationship with their behavioral changes.Method: The approach of this study was mixed. The narrative research was used in the qualitative phase and the correlation method was used in the quantitative phase. In the qualitative phase, the population consisted of male adolescents aged 15-20 years old, as well as psychologists and sociologists in Tehran in 2020. Nineteen adolescents were selected by volunteer sampling and six specialists by purposive sampling. In the quantitative phase, the population consisted of adolescents aged 15-20 years old in Tehran in 2020, from which 218 people were selected by volunteer sampling. In the qualitative phase, data were collected through the life story interview (McAdams, 1995) and in the quantitative phase by a researcher-made questionnaire. In the qualitative phase, data were analyzed through the content analysis method and in the quantitative phase through the confirmatory factor analysis.Findings: The results of content analysis as well as factor analysis indicated the master-narrative model of adolescents includes components such as family belonging, adherence to religious values and obedience to parents, and the counter-narrative model includes the voluntary lifestyle, sense of uniqueness, independence-seeking and competitiveness.Conclusion: behavioral changes of Iranian male adolescents can be attributed to two main factors: 1- Conflict between some components of their counter-narrative and master-narrative 2- The relatively extreme status of some components of their narratives.

Introduction: Suicidal ideation is destructive thoughts among students which can pave the way for suicide attempts. This study aimed to extract a psychological model for the formation of suicidal ideation as social harm among students. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach based on the grounded theory.
Method: The participants were 17 students who were selected using purposive and theoretical sampling from among students with suicidal ideation or a history of a suicide attempts. The participants were interviewed and all interviews were recorded, transcribed, and finally analyzed using Strauss and Corbin’s systematic analysis.
Results: The results showed that the core theme of the model of the formation of suicidal ideation was a failure to improve living conditions and the intensified perception of unpleasant experiences. Pessimism about life and the future, demotivation, and extreme helplessness were the three factors accounting for suicidal ideation.The interfering factors identified in this study were cognitive and behavioral self-destruction, believing life to be uncontrollable, and emotional impulsivity. Furthermore, the reactions to the core theme were meaninglessness of life, loneliness, deep isolation, and existential anxiety. The outcomes identified in this study were four main categories of liberation from life, attachment to death, planning the manner of death, and carrying out the decision to commit suicide.
Conclusion: Gaining insight into the cycle of formation of suicidal ideation, especially into the interfering and underlying factors in the formation of the core theme can contribute to developing and implementing educational, preventive, and constructive treatment programs to address these factors that facilitate suicidal ideation.

Introduction: Social well-being is one of three subjective well-being dimensions that in a company with psychological and emotional well-being makes the full picture of mental health. Based on the social exchange theory, Social well-being could be predicted by social influence tactics and organizational collectivism culture. This study aimed to investigate the discriminatory power of social influence tactics and organizational collectivism culture in discriminating among three levels of social well-being in the workplace. Method: The research method was predicting the type of correlational research that was designed to obtain a discriminant equation. The research sample was 179 National Iranian Oil Company personnel in 2019. The data were analyzed via SPSS-23 software, by ANOVA and discriminant analysis tests. Results: Findings showed that there are significant differences in social influence tactics and organizational collectivism culture between three groups (high, medium, and low social well-being levels). Also, the discriminant analysis showed that social influence tactics and organizational collectivism culture combination, significantly discriminant among three levels of social well-being in the workplace. Conclusion: Findings indicate that in line with Social Exchange Theory, using soft social influence strategies in organizations with collectivist culture, via increasing psychological rewards and decreasing psychological costs in interpersonal relationships, will impact the quality of interpersonal relationships and accordingly produce high levels of social well-being in the workplace.

The aim of this research was to designing a Social Interest Therapy (SIT) program for bullying and victim students and Examining its effectiveness he effectiveness on bullying and victim behaviors in adolescences. The research design was quasi-experimental with pretest posttest, two month Follow-up and two control groups. In this study statistical population was second and third high school grades bullying and victim boy students in Abarkooh in the academic year 2015-2016. Implement research after applying sociometry, of among the students who based on the analysis of the results of sociometry were classified as bullying and victimization adolescents, 40 students were randomly selected as bullying group and 40 students were selected as victimization group. Then each group was randomly assigned into two groups of experimental and control and all subjects completed the Olweus Bulling/ victimization revised questionnaire. Experimental groups participated in Social Interest Therapy program for 12 sessions (two sessions per week) separately but the control group received no intervention. Mixed intra-between group Multivariate Variance analysis and pairwise comparisons results indicated that Social Interest Therapy could amelioration bullying and victim behaviors in experimental groups than in post-test and follow-up. Helping students Reorient their opinions and aims, inferiority feelings resolution and belonging and social interest enhancement has led to behaviors amelioration of bullying and victim behaviors in adolescents.
